Goa!!! The best Holiday Destination
This was all a sudden long awaited plan getting into action when one evening me any my Friend Kunal booked the air tickets to GOA. We really wanted to explore most of the Goa so we planned a trip of 10 days and 11 nights in GOA.
This was how it all started, We planned our trip did some research online about the Places, Accommodations, Prices, Food etc.
We took our flight from Delhi Airport, Reached goa Around 2:00 clock,
Day1: We reached Baga beach in the Noon, The Climate was Hot in Month of April.
Baga beach was very much crowded, We did not yet tried for booking accommodation, Both of us were starving badly so decided to have Chilled Food with Hot Beers!! Oops sorry my bad, ""Delicious Biriyani with Chilled beers..!! ""and yes we enjoyed our lunch first day at GOA,
As we found Baga beach keeps very much crowded with group of people, Families. So we decided to go to place where we could actually enjoy the natural beauty o goa without hindrances. Hence we decided to take a guest house somewhere in Anjuna,
As we had luggages in our hand and was making things terrible to move long on sand, The first priority was to book an accomodation, So we reached Anjuna around 5:oo, It was about to get dark and we had to freeze the place to stay sooner, And we landed to a guest house with noname, I remember it was just opposite to a UV Bar. The price for Twin bed accommodation Without AC was Rs. 700 per night, we convinced the care taker for Rs 600 a night. We took a Scooter (Scooty) on hire @ 250 per day, The reason of taking scooter that day was we can keep our valuables like mobile phones, Wallets, cash in the scooter diki when we wanted to go to beach, or explore other areas. And kept bike ride for other days. bike usually costs around Rs. 500 to 700 per day.
We took a ride near Anjuna, fueled our scooter, Bought some basic necessary items Mosquito Coils, Drinking Water, Soap etc as usually low budget guest houses are not very much facilitated rather than a bed, an ash tray, and a fan or AC.
We took some nap after planning next day schedule and a good ride nearby, Food Drinks, Anjuna beach.
Day 2: We started the day with hunting for a decent guest house, as the current room was very much loaded with Mosquitos, Fan was malfunctioned to sleep in summers of goa :),
We rode towards Vagator beach, saw some guest houses on the way, Then for lunch we found this place called Mango Tree, Which actually made us stay in the Vagator for next few days. The food was amazing, prices were decent. I actually liked the ambiance and service of the restaurant, Staff was very gentle and friendly.
We decided to shift to a place called JO's Gues House, We took a AC room in Rs 900 per night, The best part was the room was very spacious, Having a Fridge, A Steel locker to keep your valuables like Laptop, Camera, etc safe. Moreover near to other happening places near Anjuna.
